Committed to helping teens and parents find greater peace and confidence
Welcome! I’m Amy Koch (pronounced “Coke”) – Certified Life Coach, child advocate, teacher, wife, and mother of four kids (who, at one point, have all been teenagers!).
I’m also certified in mental health first aid and have a degree in social work from Brigham Young University.
When my children became teenagers, I didn’t appreciate how much construction and rewiring was going on in their brains.
They seemed to regress in their coping abilities, all while facing more complex teenage-related issues.
I was losing my mind.
I wanted them to be more responsible, communicative, and drop all the anxiety. But how?
I tried different approaches, but most things I did just made everything worse.
Fast forward several years, and I found life coaching.
It became a straightforward solution to my dilemmas. Things finally made sense, and I was given practical tools to help my teenagers progress.
You and your teen can learn how to navigate any challenge with these same tools.
Help your teen thrive as they experience the transition between being a kid and becoming an independent adult.
Learn how to drop the worry, build solidarity, and enjoy your relationship with your teen more than ever before.
